Tributes shared on Patrick Corbett’s demise

Andrew Turner – “Do you know who Patrick Corbett is? He is my friend, neighbor, classmate, colleague, client, and much more. He is also a caring father, a kind husband, a local hero in our hometown as one of our fearless Billerica Fire | MA firefighters, a veteran who represented the U.S. Marine Corps with absolute honor, courage, and commitment, unlike any other. You’ve always been a fighter and pressed on the past three years. I’m proud of you for that. We all know you never gave up on Lauren, the kids, and all of us making the best of each moment. I was amazed at your will and positive attitude thru it all. He is also one of the smartest, funniest, and stubborn guys I know. I’ve picked up many skills and life lessons from this man over the years. Patrick and Lauren are some of my biggest fans, gave me a chance, believed in me, and were big supporters of me as I grew my business. It was always an honor to help make their lives a little easier. There’s a special place in my heart for the Corbett and Spencer families. I’ve always felt like the Corbett brothers were like my own over the years, and it feels more than just a friend of their families. Ask me the story of someone’s wedding where it became official. Hah. I’ve been a mess all weekend and today hurts especially more. I’m going to miss you very much, my guy. I’m thankful for the many memories, laughs, witty banter, subtle smirks, and care we had for each other. I don’t know how many times he’s told me, “Keep it up, bud!” I’m grateful to be a part of your life. I’m going to miss you, man. You know that we’ll have Lauren and the kids in our care and thoughts as we all move on. We have some of the best people in our circle. We got you, bro. Love ya, man. RIP Patrick Corbett”
