Katilynn Spicer, of Des Moines, Iowa, and Chase Lavely, of Chariton, Iowa, have been identified as the victims in a Sunday night double-fatal vehicle crash in Lucas County.
Spicer, 15, and 16-year-old Lavely, were both killed in a two-vehicle crash near Chariton Sunday night.
