Betty Jean Robinson Death – Betty Jean Robinson of Franklin, Tennessee, has passed away at the age of 88. Betty Jean was a gospel singer and songwriter and she passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 according to a post on her Facebook page. “From the office of Sister Betty Jean Robinson Ministries: This Thanksgiving morning, November 25, 2021, Jesus was the first to welcome Betty Jean Rhodes Robinson into her Heavenly home. She heard the announcement “Well done, my good and faithful servant, enter into your rest.” She joined so many loved ones that had gone before, and she is rejoicing in the presence of her King.”. The post reads.

Betty Jean Robinson was a native of Hyden, Kentucky and the founder of Betty Jean Robinson Ministries. She was married to her husband, William Harold Robinson. Betty Jean was passionate about writing songs, She was signed to Metromedia Records and later to Decca Records where she wrote many hit songs including and she had written a couple of songs during her time which include; “Jesus Is Alive and Well,” ” On the way home,” “Jehovah Jireh,” “Ride Out your Storm,” “He is Jehovah.” and Ain’t No Grave. She also did some duets with popular country musician Carl Belew.

Shane Calhoun who worked in the same ministry with Betty Jean described her as a great woman. Shane said Betty was someone who loved people and the Lord so much. He said, “It’s with great sadness that I announce the passing of a great woman of God. Sister Betty Jean Robinson she crossed over to her heavenly reward this morning around 10:00am. It was an honor to work in the ministry with such a great woman of God who l could call my mom in the faith. She loved people and the Lord so much. We will never forget the impact you made on our lives momma Betty Jean.” Betty Jean Robinson and funeral has not been announced yet.
