CPO “Boss Hogg”, Former Death Row Rapper Has Passed Away

CPO “Boss Hogg” Cause of Death – We are profoundly saddened to learn of the passing of CPO. CPO “Boss Hogg” real name is Vince Edwards. “Boss Hogg” had one of the smoothest and most distinct voices in Hip-Hop. He was a gifted storyteller, and by all accounts an exceptional human being.

It is unclear how the star died, details were not made public. However, CPO had posted about his ongoing health battles on social media. In 2010, he survived congestive heart failure.
CPO was originally part of the group Capital Punishment Organization, as Lil Nation, alongside members DJ Train and Young D. They released their debut studio album, 1990’s To Hell and Black under Capitol Records—and CPO appeared on N.W.A.’s song “Findum, Fuckum & Flee” on their sophomore album, 1991’s N***az4Life.

CPO Boss Hogg was most well known for his time with Death Row Records and his collaborations with Tupac. He broke into the rap world under the name Lil Nation, before changing it to CPO Boss Hogg.
Family, friends, fans and loved ones are devastated and shattered at the completely unexpected passing of Boss Hogg.

CPO “Boss Hogg” obituary and funeral service will be released by his family, our prayers and thought are with the family of the deceased.
