Doug Hill Death – Doug Hill who was a former meteorologist at WJLA TV for longtime, has died calmly. Doug was announced dead in different posts on Monday, November 22, 2021, in North Carolina surrounded by his family. Doug grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and he became a Prince Georges County police officer. He was so interested in meteorology. He was the chief Meteorologist for WJLA with the weather team according to 7News.

Doug was the StormWatch7’s Chief Meteorologist and he was forecasting the weather in Washington for 33 years. Alison Starling of 7News described him as a mentor who was second to none, he has listening and was always willing to make suggestions with an assuring and even voice. Alison further said he lived modestly and donated very much in a bid to end food insecurity. He also adored his family. he was one of the best and one of the most familiar and popular faces on local television.

Brad Bell who was the Bureau Chief of 7News Maryland in a tweet described Doug in a tweet as a warm and caring man. He said he was the same  person in “real life” as he was on TV. “He was a warm and caring man and exactly the same person in “real life” you saw on TV all those years. I’ve missed him since he retired. This hurts.” Brad said. He was a talented meteorologist who was passionate about his profession. Doug Hill obituary and funeral has not been announced yet by the family.
