Dean of the RWU School of Engineering, Computing, and Construction Management (SECCM), Dr. Bob Potter has passed away. RWU confirmed the news on their social media page on October 7, statement reads;

The SPLO staff is saddened by the passing of Dr. Bob Potter, dean of the RWU School of Engineering, Computing, and Construction Management (SECCM).
Dean Potter was a partner to our office in many ways. He helped us welcome a new class of students to RWU each year as part of New Student & Family Orientation. He also supported student groups as the general manager of the Hockey Team & in his work with our SECCM-related clubs.
This loss is felt by the whole community. Our hearts and thoughts are with the SECCM community, Dean Potter’s family, friends, and loved ones, and all who knew and worked with him. We thank Dean Potter for all he’s contributed to the RWU community and beyond.
