4-year-old Jack Stevens Death – Cause Of Death – The son of former Everton player Gary stevens has sadly passed away. 4-year-old Jack Stevens dies after a courageous fight with a deadly illness. Jack was diagnosed with Juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia (JMML), a rare form of blood cancer that affects young children, last year.
Jack suffered a relapse and that he desperately needed a stem cell donor earlier in the month of September 2021.
English former footballer was born in Hillingdon, Middlesex, and attended Thurston Upper School in Suffolk. He joined Brighton & Hove Albion in 1977. Stevens played in the Football League for Brighton & Hove Albion, Tottenham Hotspur and Portsmouth.
