How did Jacob Sturgill die?

Ridgecrest Baptist Church Florence;

To our church family, please be in prayer for the Sturgill faimly. Frank and Kathleen lost a grandson yesterday. His name was Jacob Sturgill and he was 24 years old. Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 says” To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:
2 A time [a]to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is plant
We are going through seasons or ages right now in our lives. But during these seasons we are to “Bless the Lord at all times and taste the the Lord for He is good. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.” (Ps.34) In times like these we need Christ Jesus because He is the solid rock. May the peace of God be with you in Jesus name.

it is with a heavy heart that we share with you that Jacob Sturgill has passed away at home this weekend. He was a Team Leader at our store and a Corporate Grand Opening Trainer. Jacob has been a part of the Chick-fil-A family for over 10 years and after serving our location he knew this was where he belonged. He was an exemplary leader, a loyal friend, a loving son and so much more. With an infectious smile and a true servants heart he meant so much to our Chick-fil-A family. The impact he has had on our team and those he came in contact with is his legacy.
At this time we will remain closed as we allow for our team members to mourn and celebrate his life. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We ask that you keep Jacobs family and our team lifted in prayer.
It truly was our pleasure to love you. ❤️

Chick-fil-A at Triangle Town Center is sad to report that we lost a family member this weekend. Jacob Sturgill worked for us for 3 years. Jacob was a young man that is leaving behind an awesome legacy. Jacob was known mostly for his infectious smile. You would never see Jacob without a smile on his face. He was someone that always exemplified making the guest happy. Everything he did was with the guest in mind and ensuring they would have an awesome experience at Chick-fil-A. He was someone that always put the teams needs before his own. He LOVED Chick-fil-A. When he left us in 2017 it was to go on to become a Chick-fil-A Trainer where he would train new Team members at new restaurants. He was a huge sports fan that LOVED The Kentucky Wildcats. Anytime he wasn’t at work, he was wearing something with the Wildcats on it. Jacob, even though you are gone from this Earth, your Legacy will live on with us forever.
Please keep Jacobs family and the Chick-fil-A family in your prayers.

There aren’t really words to express the sadness in my heart. Jacob Sturgill was an amazing young man. He loved to smile and was crazy about Star Wars.
Every time he walked in to work in his shiny blue sun glasses, I greeted him with “Hey friend!” He always grabbed himself a Diet Dr. Pepper, because that’s life right?
Jacob, you left a whole in my heart. I miss you beyond words. Our CFA family will never be the same.
