Larry Moran Obituary, Death – Survived By

Larry Moran Obituary – Larry, age 79, passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022. He was a resident of Hammond, LA. Larry was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. He was an extremely hard worker who dedicated many years to the construction business as a Supervisor. Larry enjoyed working and took great pride in providing for his family. He was most happy surrounded by his family, especially his grandkids. Being a Paw Paw was the most important job he had. Larry was the definition of a family man and leaves his family with unforgettable memories. He will be forever missed.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Faye Rouyea Moran; daughters, Tonya Busch (Kevin), Monica Hanna (Jamie), Dayna Williams (JC); son, Jay Moran (Courtney); sister, Barbara Martin (Jimmy); grandchildren, Morgan Busch, Abbie Busch, Landon Moran, Jamie Hanna IV, Logan Moran, Lawsen Moran; step-grandchildren, John C. Williams III (Christa), Jennifer Williams, Michael Williams (Katie); and step-great-grandchildren, Caden Williams, Luke Williams, and Elijah Williams.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Amedee and Dorothy Moran; brothers, Donald Moran, Jack Moran, Willis Moran; and sisters, Eva Lou Cannon, and Rose Marie Stafford.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Hwy 190 W. Hammond, LA 70401, on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Fr. Cayet will officiate with interment to follow in Rose Memorial Cemetery.
