Update; The other victims that died in the crash have been identified as Jake Keifer and Rhegan Sajben. They both attended Marquette High School.
Sajben was in her junior year in high school and volleyball star. According to Keifer’s mom, Vicki, “her son was the highlight of their entire family and the life of the party, who had a network of friends and were always at their home.”
Cole Anello was described as a really happy person who played soccer and lacrosse. He was a sophomore at De Smet Jesuit High School.
Cole Anello Death – Victim of St. Louis County Single Vehicle Crash Identified; Three people were left dead and two injured in the horrible vehicle crash that happened near Kiefer Creek Road and Forest Valley Drive early Sunday, morning. Officials arrived at the scene of the accident at around 4 a.m. to meet a vehicle on fire.

According to police investigations, a Nissan Maxima traveling g east left the roadway for unknown and then crash into a tree, before engulfing in fire. The vehicle was said to be conveying five people and they were all teens.
Three passengers were pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. One of the victims that died has been identified as De Smet High School student, Cole Anello. Anello was a soccer player at the school.
