Samuel Benshoff Cause Of Death – A University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown soccer player has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash, according to a release by the York County coroner’s office. Samuel Benshoff, 19, of the 11500 block of Orchard Road, Waynesboro, Franklin County, was pronounced dead from multiple blunt force injuries at WellSpan York Hospital on Monday at 7:30 p.m. Family, friends, and loved ones are devastated and shattered at the completely unexpected passing of Vivienne Tellier-Wolfe.
