Sunday quadruple-death in Chester County are being investigated as a murder-suicide, victims have been named as:
Deepak Kulkarni, 50, Arti Madhusudan Ayda, 47, Shubham Deepak Kulkarni, 15, and 8-year-old Sharvil Deepak Kulkarni.
According to reports, officials responded to 118 Mountain View Dr in West Chester for a welfare check after the family was unreachable for several days. When they arrived, four people were found shot to death.
