Thomas Huiett, of Salina, Kansas, has been identified as the Ottawa County wrong-way driver that killed Tasha Meitler, of Delphos, Kansas. Huiett was also killed in the crash on Wednesday.
Huiett, 96, was killed in a wrong-way crash that also killed the other driver and seriously injured a child early Wednesday evening.
