Timothy Parks Death – Troopers Shot And Killed Man Who Crashed Car, Shot Dog inside

The man who died after being shot by New Jersey State Police in Knowlton Township, Warren County early Sunday morning was identified as Timothy Parks, of the Saylorsburg section of Monroe County.

Authorities state that around 1:30 a.m. Sunday Police officers were investigating a collision in the first block of Starlite Road when two officers proceeds towards a vehicle, which was in a ditch.

Attorney general’s office reported that as troopers were making attempt to talk to Parks, who was with a dog in the vehicle, Parks suddenly shot at the dog and then, officers shot parks.

Parks was taken to the hospital where he was later declared deceased shortly after 2:30 a.m

An autopsy is said to be conducted to reveal the cause and manner of death.
