John Keller Death – John Keller, a teacher at Topeka High School in Kansas, has passed away unexpectedly at the age of 40. According to reports, John was found unresponsive in his classroom on Tuesday morning, November 23, 2021. Emergency responders were reportedly called to the scene of the incident before 8 a.m and they found John Keller, 40, unresponsive. Although rescue measures were performed at the school but John was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.
The principal of the school, Rebecca Morrisey confirmed the situation in an email sent to parents, further stating that John’s family have asked not to be contacted as they process John’s passing. “They have asked that at this time we not contact them directly, but give them time to process his passing and find strength. Please uphold his wife and their three children in your thoughts and prayers. They are, and always will be Trojans, and we will do whatever is needed to support them in any way needed.” Principal Rebecca said.
In addition to the principal’s statement, the school also indicated a mental health team would be available to students in need. Jennifer Antonetti in a Facebook post while sharing his tributes said John was a great teacher and the death was a tragedy. “So incredibly sad for the loss of John Keller at Topeka High. I just observed him in our collaboration last Friday. He was a really great teacher, and this was a tragedy. Grabbing the AED from the office and giving it to the nurse this morning was a scary way to start the day. Please show your love to people around you every day because anyone’s life and situation can change in an instant.” Jennifer said.
